Everything about this experience was positive, from the person who answered the phone to James, the technician who came to troubleshoot our heating issue. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and James called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected our system and provided a solution to the problem. I will definitely use Hart again!

Hart and their techs were absolutely amazing to work with! From providing a 2nd opinion, to beating out their competition in pricing, they were top notch. They came in and did the work we needed without me having to take time off from work and got our HVAC system taken care of and back to working like new!

We had two furnace units we wanted inspected before the winter. Our tech was Josh. He was very polite, helpful and was able to explain everything he was checking and why. We will call them again in the Spring to check on our AC units!

Brett arrived on time and got right to work - diagnosing the issues with the thermostat in the hall of the house, the heater in garage and air conditioner out the back door. I feel he was very thorough and kept me informed on the progress. He took me through the steps to use the thermostat and heater/ac unit and left no mess behind.
