Heat pump service visit. Changed thermostat for a Carrier dual fuel heat pump system. After switchout everything working correctly.

Brett was on task, thorough and informative throughout the service. I received a call from the office stating that he was in our neighborhood with another customer, and that we were the next customers. I then received a call from Brett saying that he he would arrive in 30 minutes. All positive, even the price.
On time and did a good job
