We had recently moved into a new house. We started having some heating issues with our furnace. We had recently moved to Lubbock from out of town. Not having a working relationship with an in-town heating and air conditioning service company, we received a recommendation to contact Hart from someone I felt was knowledgeable in the business. We contacted Hart and they worked us in on the day we called. After thoroughly go through the system, Mike made some recommendations to repair and upgrade the system, with pricing for each item. We followed their recommendations and all the work was done timely and at the quoted price. Approximately two weeks later, we started having heating issues again. Josh promptly came this time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although the problem this time turned out to be unrelated to the previous problem, Hart replaced the defective part and performed the associated labor for NO cost. We call that SUPER customer service. Thank you Mike, Josh, Keith and the Hart staff.

Had a completely new AC system installed. They installed it the very next day after we accepted the quote and had us up and running the same day. They even came back to help us with a few things we needed after the install at no extra charge. Highly recommend — Keith was great!
