We had recently moved into a new house. We started having some heating issues with our furnace. We had recently moved to Lubbock from out of town. Not having a working relationship with an in-town heating and air conditioning service company, we received a recommendation to contact Hart from someone I felt was knowledgeable in the business. We contacted Hart and they worked us in on the day we called. After thoroughly go through the system, Mike made some recommendations to repair and upgrade the system, with pricing for each item. We followed their recommendations and all the work was done timely and at the quoted price. Approximately two weeks later, we started having heating issues again. Josh promptly came this time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although the problem this time turned out to be unrelated to the previous problem, Hart replaced the defective part and performed the associated labor for NO cost. We call that SUPER customer service. Thank you Mike, Josh, Keith and the Hart staff.

James was awesome and handled all my problems. Josh was also great when he came to lend a hand. Both were very professional and knew what they were doing. System is working great. Bret and James even came out a second time to diagnose my issues. They phenomenal in their understanding of how the systems work and what to do to fix them. From the Owner Keith all the way down to the youngest installer they were very respectful and accommodating. They did an amazing job replacing my HVAC System. That’s the A/C Condenser and Heating System. Also building a new return air platform with a “4” zoning Air supply System. The pricing was very competitive and a great value for the price.

I was referred to Hart for my AC; should’ve left review sooner totally forgot until a good friend asked me who to call…Hart came in and did honest work; needed a simple fix and they did that… I have no clue about AC/Heating and easily could’ve been taken advantage of.Good honest people and I will refer them to anyone I know.
