Hart Heating And Air has been my go to HVAC company pretty much since I moved to Lubbock about 8 years ago. I initially engaged another company who I won’t name, that attempted to rip me off essentially, and these guys came in and fixed for $200 what somebody else was telling me was going to be $2500. The fix they put in place is now 7 years old now and it’s still working fine. After that, I have them come out to do an annual inspection and cleaning of my HVAC system just to make sure everything‘s in order. Today I had Josh out to my house with his helper and they did an amazing job. They are super professional and exemplify exactly why I continue to do business with this company. And to top it off, found out my daughter was playing volleyball with another tech Brett's daughter, so now I ask for him by name as he's awesome just like this company. If you are looking for a solid HVAC company, look no further, you won't be disappointed!

It is very rare that I see a person come out and involve their time and show that they have a deep passion not only for their job- but for their people.Steven came out on a weekend when our AC went out and committed his knowledge and heart to getting us running COLD air.As a father and a husband - this brought me joy that my family will have a good nights sleep.Steven , I never thought I would meet someone so caring about their job - I made the right call.I highly recommend this company , I highly recommend people that CARE.Thank you for everything that you did this evening.

We chose Hart for our new A/C unit and we were so happy with the service we received. They showed up on time, Brett and Jeff were so professional and polite!I would recommend Hart if you need any A/C work done! We got a military discount also!
