No problem with the service. Mike and Jose did a good job. The problem was the cost. It was double what it should have been. But that is on me. I should have checked around. Still left a bad feeling though.Have since talked to Keith Hart. He very much wanted me to be a satisfied customer and did what I felt needed to be done to accomplish that. Could not expect more and would recommend Hart Heating & A/C to anyone. Thanks Keith.

Keith was awesome. Very compassionate and helpful in explaining the issues. He went to work on my Airbnb while a guest was there and was very communicative and conscientious about leaving the guest out of it and not going through the house. Great work!
