I appreciate the transparency and willingness to let me be involved in the process. Your team gave me good information and I got to observe firsthand how difficult it is at times to figure out what is wrong. The pricing was a little higher than the range provided by the Internet for a similar service, but I felt like the time, effort, and service I got was well worth it. My wife and I were so relieved to have a warm house after four days of cold. What you guys do makes a big difference in people’s lives.
